Who is Paige?

Paige is a dynamic and effervescent teacher, who leads women into a state of empowered self-love. Paige teaches workshops, private sessions, and classes at leading studios in New York, the East Coast and beyond. She has created BUTI-Camp, a six-week program designed to empower women to unleash their bikini body AND their radiant spirit with a tribe of sisters.
Out of the hundreds of Buti Yoga teachers that have been trained internationally, Paige is one of just a handful of BUTI Yoga Master Trainers in the world. She has been a teacher and student of dance and yoga for many years. As a Master Trainer, it’s been a true pleasure for her to see her teachers who she trained go out into the world and change lives!

Every class is customized and unique, but the core aspects remain the same: it’s always a heart-pumping, feminine, fierce, body-slimming, and mind-freeing workout.
Most importantly, it’s always a sacred space for personal transformation and meaningful connection. It’s a practice of releasing what no longer serves you and calling up the divine energy within you. We’ll be accessing your radiant energy, and lighting you up with your own unique spark, creating peace of mind, radiance and confidence.
Women find that when done in a group setting, this practice forms a true sisterhood and frees the female spirit. It’s the BUTI tribe’s sincere hope that women will delve deeply into this practice, form a true sisterhood and learn to love themselves in an empowering way.
What is private training with Paige like?
How does private training improve my life, my body and my spirit?
In private training, Paige works closely to learn where you have the most potential for growth and the highest need for support, and develops a seven-week program for you that will guide you to achieving the results that you desire. The private session includes in-depth technique assistance and correction that will allow for you to make the most out of your workout – you’ll feel the burn like you never have before. In addition to the enhancing your technique and the benefits of the workout, we’ll dive deeply into balancing your chakras through yoga asanas, aromatherapy and guided meditations. Food choice guidance and meditation instruction will be included in your session. The private session is for the woman or man who desires to have deep transformation, succeeds with the success and accountability of a teacher, and wants the convenience of a private session. It’s also a great choice for you if you’re beginning your yoga or fitness journey and need to start things at your own pace in privacy, or if you’re at a point where you want to take your practice even deeper.
