Why Does BUTI Yoga Work?
BUTI Yoga fuses yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics, and it’s derived from the Marathi word Buti meaning, “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” BUTI Yoga focuses on spiraling movements aimed at unlocking the Shakti Spiral, as well as releasing the hips, to help energy flow freely in the first and second chakras. BUTI combines various styles of Hatha yoga, with tribal-influenced dance sequences and plyometrics to increase the heart rate and free one’s feminine spirit.
BUTI trains the core using the Spiral Structure technique, created by Founder Bizzie Gold, that transforms the way the body looks and performs almost instantly. Many students notice a change in their abdominal structure even during their first class. You don’t have to supplement your workouts with cardio or weights. BUTI accomplishes everything you need in a balanced workout, plus a mind and spirit endorphin rush as well!

Paige’s class is such an incredible experience. She does a wonderful job of feeling out the energy of the room and responding accordingly. I always feel motivated by her and strive to push myself harder when she teaches. She also has a fab bod and dance moves to boot!
I first tried out a Buti class with Paige last year as a recommendation – it’s like yoga, with hip gyrations and tribal dance. You’re not IN Warrior… you ARE a warrior goddess – and you always have been. Paige lives from a place of service, and is ever inspiring in her mission to help create a positive, powerful shift and full self-embodiment for women. And it’s working – her Buti workshop and Monday night parties have attracted quite a following.
I took BUTI yoga with PAIGE last night… the PERFECT Sunday workout! I got some yoga, some stretching, some cardio, some dancing.. it really was the greatest way to start my week! and Paige is just adorable, she clearly loves what she does and is completely engaged and joyful the entire class! You get to walk in and just be yourself and shake your booty (or buti) and get a serious workout while you’re doing it (using muscles I clearly forgot I had… hahah) This class is a MUST for anyone looking to get in shape and have a GREAT TIME doing it!
A major improvement I saw in myself, which I did not anticipate, was I was becoming more in tuned with myself. The Positive energy that you created radiated through me which calmed me and made me less anxious.
